Working at marble slab creamery was an amazing experience for me because it was a diverse environment which allows employees of all backgrounds and abilities to feel welcome it allowed me to work on my customer service skills it taught me how to effectively manage my time and how to converse with customers in a fun way that makes them feel valued and continuing my competency of working with. The employee then placed them in the middle of the ice cream and then rolled it with a metal spoon and then flattened it and rolled it several times on the frozen slab of marble. But after several days of training from some senior staff i was able to easily adopt on the working environment and i can work without any assistance.
